Pre Sale Questions

Please make sure that you follow below steps:

1/ Download the package from themeforest.net (The file is in zip format)

2/ Extract the file you've just downloaded (Don't forget this step).

3/ Find this file: ella-x.x.x-sections-ready.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready x.x.x, then you just need to upload ella-x.x.x-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.

- If you would like to use Ella RTL version. Please find this file: ella-x.x.x-sections-ready-rtl.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready x.x.x RTL, then you just need to upload ella-x.x.x-sections-ready-rtl.zip file to your Shopify store

- If you want to install child theme, please go to the corresponding theme folder

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow below steps:

  • Create a staff account for us (with Themes permission and Settings permission) http://docs.shopify.com/manual/settings/account/staff-members
  • Capture screenshot or video for the issue you get.
  • Specify which template and version you are using.
  • Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.
  • Send all information (staff account, screenshot, video, template name and version, description of the issues, link) to email@domain.com

Shipping

We are a new store so for a promotional period we are providing free shipping worldwide.

Normally Shipping cost varies depending on your location and shipping options

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit tracking page and enter yhe tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items. at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 8 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.

All orders are handled and shipped out from different warehouses all over the world. Please allow for extra time for your order to be processed during holiday seasons. We process orders between Monday to Friday. Please allow for up to 9-18 business days in some cases to receive your order.
